- B) Techlimb believes in quality, so we always try to provide our best service for our customers. Therefore, unfortunately if you face any problem and if you feel that you need to contact us, don’t hesitate to contact us through our Facebook page, email and direct phone
- C) If you want to buy any products from Techlimb, then try to buy after reading the product description, right uses of the products. Any type of misunderstanding from your end, you will be responsible. Techlimb will not be liable for your misunderstanding.

On our website, every product included product description in the description section. We request that you read the product details carefully before order. If we receive any order from you, we are sure that you have read the product description.
Shipping Charge
On our website, a default shipping charge is already set by us. Shipping charges might be changed or increased if you add different products or more than one product in a single order. If any changes in shipping charge for different products or multiple products in a single order we must be notified through message or phone call before shipping. If you agree to pay the changed shipping charge amount then we will process to ship your order. If you have not agreed to pay the changed shipping charge amount then we will cancel the order.
Shipping Policy
We process all shipping through Reputed couriers. Shipping charge will vary from product to product and to confirm any order from Techlimb you should pay us shipping charge as advance. After shipping the product to you, If you do not receive the product from the courier, the shipping fee will not be refunded to you.
We may shipped all over Bangladesh if courier service is available in the delivery location. You must agree to collect the product from nearest courier delivery point. The estimated time of delivery for order 5-10 working days if available stock. Shipping might be delayed for Natural Disaster, National Crisis & due the unavailability of the product or delay for courier service delivery.
After confirming any order we will send you the products via courier within 3 business days if available stock. Shipping charge and delivery time apply as per courier service policy. Techlimb reserves the right to partially or completely cancel any order without any reason, without any notice.

প্রায়ই এটা শোনা যায় যে, অর্ডার করেছি ৫ টা কিন্তু পেয়েছি ২ টা। কিছু ফ্রড কাস্টমার আছে তারা অনেক সময় সঠিক মত পেলেও এটা বলে থাকে অথবা কুরিয়ারের কিছু অসৎ কমীরাও অনেক সময় অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করে থাকে অথবা হতে পারে প্যাকেজিং করার সময় সেলার ভুলে কম দিয়েছে। কোন ভাল প্রতিষ্ঠান ইচ্ছাকৃত কখনও এটা করবে না। Techlimb এ বিষয়ে ০ “জিরো” টলারেন্স নীতি গ্রহন করেছে।
এ বিষয়ে ১০০% স্বচ্ছতার জন্য প্রত্যেক কাস্টমারকে কুরিয়ার থেকে প্রডাক্ট রিসিভ করার সময়ে প্যাকেট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও করার পরামর্শ দেয়া হচ্ছে। ভিডিও ব্যতীত প্রডাক্ট কম হয়েছে এমন কোন দাবী গ্রহনযোগ্য হবে না।
Return Policy
Before sending you any product, we take proper QC and while packaging we also record the video for future evidence. Therefore, if you got wrong product, dust product so you should inform us by an email at info@techlimb.com or 01609-478332 by call or SMS as soon as possible and return the product within 3 days after delivery to our warehouse at Techlimb, 20, 2nd Floor, Kazirdigi Mosjid Building, Sagorika, Pahartali-4219, Chittagong.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To accept your return request by Techlimb, we require a receipt or other proof to ensure that you purchase the product from our website.
After receiving the product we will check the product again and if found any problem we will replace or exchange or refund you whatever is better for us.
We only replace or refund you items if we send you defective or damaged products. If it is defective or damaged by you, we will not accept your return request.
We will not also accept your return request the certain reason:
- If you change your mind that you don’t need the products.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Exchanges Policy
After delivering the product to you, if you need to exchange the product, inform us. Depending on the reason we may exchange the product.
Warranty Policy
On our website, There is a warranty facility from the supplier or manufacturer for any problem caused by the manufacturer for some product. The product that has this facility is written in the description of the product and the warranty period will be mentioned there. So we suggest you before order from Techlimb please read the product description carefully.
Defective Product
We always provide active and good products to our customers. But we have not checked those products which are packaged by the manufacturer. In that case, if you receive any defective product you should return it to us. We will check then take action to serve you properly. Always, we give the highest value to our customers. Therefore we have some binding like product manufacturer or supplier support. So sometimes, we may take 7-30 days for serve you for defective products.
